Tim Bauer has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Statera as Managing Partner, Tim was a Practice Manager for Microsoft’s Consulting Services Southwest District. He spent 14 years with Microsoft serving in varied roles. Prior to Microsoft, Tim was a Sales Executive with Digital Equipment Corporation. In addition, he worked for Motorola Computer Systems.

Tim has spent his entire professional career in the Phoenix area. He is passionate about increasing awareness of a rare form of Cancer known as Carcinoid Cancer. Tim graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Industrial Management and Computer Science.
