  • Client chose Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and DocuSign deployed on the Force.com platform to streamline the generation, negotiation, approval and signature processes across Requesting, Contract Management, Legal, Finance, and Executive departments

  • Implemented Salesforce, Apttus CLM and Docusign with customization services and training
  • Collaborated with key stakeholders to build out functionality, bringing together the service providers and the hospitals, and the Prospect Medical Holdings legal and contract management teams in order test the solution and integrate it with their new Salesforce application
  • Delivered data migration services to load accounts, contacts, and legacy contracts into the new platform
